Overview :

Former trailer park maven Velvet Hiney has set up new digs in the suburbs. She aspires to host weekly soirees to dispense Martha Stewart-like party tips to the social elite. Unfortunately, Velvet is not Martha Stewart and this is not a normal neighborhood.
